Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia for a Procurement Manager - Events & Exhibitions. The Procurement Manager will be responsible for supplier evaluation, contract negotiation, analytical skills, procurement, and contract management.
Responsibilities
- Developing sound, cost-effective strategies for the purchasing of materials used in the business.
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers while continually scouting for additional vendors
- Monitoring and evaluating project expenses and ensuring best buying practices
- Maintaining and updating inventory of existing material in warehouse to ensure no wasteful buying is done on projects.
- Evaluating spending operations while seeking ways to improve and enhance the quality of products purchased and the timeliness of deliveries.
- Conducting cost analyses and setting benchmarks for improvement
- Working closely with top management to make sure contracts and terms are favorable.

Role Description
The Account Director will spearhead the planning, execution, and management of events for key accounts, driving successful project delivery and fostering business growth. This role includes overseeing a team of Event Managers and Specialists, collaborating with the creative department to develop innovative proposals, presenting them to clients, creating detailed budgets, and managing execution from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and creation of compelling event proposals in partnership with the creative team, tailoring ideas to client needs and objectives.
- Present proposals to clients, clearly articulating concepts, strategies, and budgets to secure buy-in.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and client expectations.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the events team, setting clear performance goals and encouraging collaboration.
- Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, set objectives, and provide feedback for improvement.
- Coordinate with internal departments to allocate resources, manage logistics, and assign event responsibilities.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors, secure essential services, and oversee all logistical arrangements.
- Review contracts with senior management, ensuring clarity and alignment with operational goals.
- Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize labor costs to maintain financial control while delivering high-quality outcomes.

Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be experienced in designing custom build exhibitions stands, event setups which are feasible, innovative and cost effective. You will be one of the first points of contact for new design requests, and therefore need to understand how to yield creativity yet adhere to project expectations of budget and deadlines.
You will understand what makes an event engaging and have a flair for creating environments which increases time visitor spends on stands and uplifts the overall look and feel of the event.
Requirements
- 3-6 years working within an event and exhibition agency, design firm, ad agency or another creative team environment
- Expert knowledge in 3D Max or any other equivalent 3D software
- Attention to detail, strong sense of typography and composition and a keen understanding of file prep, using all programs in the adobe suite; Stay up to date with latest design trends across the globe
- Leadership skills; Ability to communicate and work in a team environment
- Successfully manage their time, workflow and schedule to meet strict and sometimes aggressive deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet defined deadlines while collaborating with other designers and freelancers
- Capable of handling direction and constructive feedback
- Portfolio must illustrate an understanding and execution of design trends and modern aesthetic
